• Adaugeo Pro™ Macro Package for Microsoft Word
  
  With our suite of automation tools and Word templates, your users can harness the full power of Word and produce great looking legal documents with ease and efficiency.
  
  Our macro package is highly customizable via database settings and INI keys. System administrators need not be familiar with macro programming or XML coding to perform routine systems maintenance.

• Adaugeo Lite™ Macro Package
  
  Our light suite (a subset of the Adaugeo Pro™ suite) is for very small firms with light requirements and light budgets.
  
  Adaugeo Lite™ includes the "must have" basic Word automation tools applicable to all law offices (master templates, letterhead graphics, stop codes, printing, graphical signatures, and common inserts such as agreement signature tables).
  
  Unlike our other suites, Adaugeo Lite™ is bundled with only the bare minimum services. We connect you with an approved Adaugeo integrator with whom you contract directly for deployment, training and tweaking any content or settings to your liking. Our bundled services are limited to the essential setup steps and development of a very few master templates (e.g. your master letter template).
  
  
• Outlook Task Builder™ and Trial Dates Calculator
  
  With our robust set of Outlook task tools, you can quickly and accurately calculate legal deadlines and add them to Outlook tasks.
  
  Our Task Builder™ calculates and adds a series of tasks such as trial filing and service deadlines. Our Quick Task™ tool is for individual random tasks such as a deadline to respond to a Notice to Admit.
  
  You can, if you choose to enable the feature, also use our task tools to calculate and add deadlines and reminders to an Outlook calendar.
  
  
• Outlook Email Save and Management
  
  Our Outlook email tools equip the small law firm with affordable enterprise-oriented email management, a feature that may otherwise be out of reach for small firms due to cost.
  
  Emails are saved to a shared client-matter folder within the filing system. You can save them on demand or enable our "Send and Save" feature to trigger the save upon sending.
  
  Saved emails may be viewed and managed in columnar view as you would in Outlook.
  
  
• Advanced Document Assembly
  
  We offer advanced document assembly for British Columbia personal injury lawyers. With it, you can produce documents and correspondence from precedent with ease and accuracy in a fraction of the time it takes to fill precedents manually.
  
  Our residential conveyancing system has been discontinued. We now offer products and services to supplement the online conveyancing applications.

CONSULTING SERVICES

We offer consulting and custom development services for Microsoft Word on an hourly rate basis. For Adaugeo Pro™ customers only, we also offer custom development services for Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Our service starts with us collaborating with your people to define goals and create an automation and/or conversion plan. As necessary, we coach your people during the planning phase to enable you to make design decisions from an informed perspective. Although our goal is to leave you independent from us between projects, our service does not stop after your production release. We build long-term business relationships with our clients.

TRAINING SERVICES

Computer training services are bundled with all of our products except Adaugeo Lite™. For large firms, that involves training the in-house trainers. For small firms, we either deliver the training ourselves or connect you with an approved Adaugeo training contractor.

Although most of our training is now done by web conference to minimize cost, we can connect you with approved Adaugeo trainers that will attend in person in the Vancouver, BC area.

PRIVACY POLICY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

We take your privacy very seriously. Personal information that you share with us via this web site or otherwise is kept secure, not sold to anyone and used only for internal purposes and to communicate with you and provide you the information, products and/or services that you request.

Further, we encourage all of our clients to provide us with a non-disclosure agreement to sign to ensure their compliance with the Law Society rules applicable to their respective jurisdictions.
